After plus net are ending it seems. Its a job to contact them the 150 number doesn't work. To start with my phone number was a tesco mobile number where I bought the phone. I then transferred that number to plus net, all seemed fine. Now on EE I can't get my settings data up to date ie when my bill is due what allowance I have left etc etc. I've been passed by phone from plus net to o2 to tesco and all to no avail. Can anyone offer advice on the settings data, that isn't up to date ?

EE too expensive. I switched to Smarty as did my wife. No probs. Really easy and great value. I am getting 30gb for £10pm but this has been doubled to 60gb for 12 months as I went through a Uswitch special offer.
Have you downloaded the EE app?
If you are now with EE it has nothing to do with Tesco or O2. You may have brought your Tesco number, but nothing else.
It's up to EE to sort it out.

If you aren't on a long term contract, and you can't get it sorted, change to another provider.
It's actually YOUR number which you have "ported" to different providers. If you are now with EE, it's them who you should deal with.
(I'm not sure why anyone would choose EE over, say, giffgaff or Smarty...they are way too expensive and customer service isn't that good, either).

I didn't know about the others
Tamaris go with smarty best deal
Are you in a contract? Will you have to pay a penalty if you switch?

I do t know if I'll have to pay a penalty. I was with plus net who said they were ending and I should go with EE it a worse deal than I had monthly £8 for only 5 g I had 10 g for £8 with plus net
Have you installed the EE app?
@9.02...they said to go with EE because EE is part of the BT group, as is Plusnet. Before signing up to any new provider, it pays to do a little online research first...can prevent costly mistakes and save hundreds of pounds over a year.
