Certain Live Web Cam Problems

My wife likes to watch church services.
Our local church has a live covering web cam.
She can get the coverage on a Samsung A12 mobile and on a Fox tablet ok but not on the Samsung smart tv. Same Wi-Fi.
Used to get it on tv months ago but not now. Any ideas please

Has she tried ‘casting’ the stream from mobile or tablet to the TV? It might be an easy fix if she wants to watch it on a bigger screen.
