I am 71 years old and need to update my mobile phone unfortunately.I hate technology.Can anybody recommend a smartphone that is easy to use? Many thanks.

Yes it would be my first.I don't want to do anything fancy with it, like taking photos.

We have a Motorola G32. It's priced about half way between the G54 and G13 that TTT's link recommended and suits us nicely. Like you, we don't really want anything exotic; it does the job nicely and has a better resolution screen than the G13 I don't think you'll find one without a built-in camera but they can be handy eg, today we've been looking at curtains and you can photograph the pattern and price of any that you see in different shops and then do a comparison at home.
