First, check what size fan you'll need - it'll usually be 80mm x 80mm.
Once you've screwed the fan in, it's simply a case of connecting the fan to a power source.

This can be done by connecting the small 3 pin connector to a fan port on your motherboard. These ports will usually have something like "sys_fan" or "chassis_fan" written underneath it.

If you can't find a spare small 3 pin port, most fans can also be connected by a larger 4 pin molex connector.
