Ok, i know about limewire being not so legal an all but.. say i did have it... would i be able to take songs from one of my cds and put it onto limewire? ;O)

Just storing them on the hard drive doesn't negate the copyright that exists on the track. If they're originally from a copyright source that copyright still pertains, no matter how long you've owned the source (e.g. the CD). The copyright doesn't devolve to you after a certain period of time, or because you've copied the tracks to your hard drive.
Maybe I'm missing the point of what you said. Perhaps you mean any original songs, songs created by MsBehave, and stored on her hard drive. In that case, of course, she's free to upload as she automatically owns the copyright.
