Website problem

Why is it that when I visit some websites, all the writing is in blue? It's as if the page hasn't loaded properly and makes the website look half finished and that it hasn't loaded properly. Does it mean that there is something wrong with the settings on my PC?

Can you give more details of which websites are blue.

If only some appear blue it would seem to be a problem with the website not your computer.

lamanchica - it's the ARGOS website that I'm having problems with, but I know it's not their website that is at fault, as it's fine on my home PC and also on other people's PCs at work. The confusing thing is that other websites I go into are fine, all except this one!
