"www.the_site_you_want.com +remove"
This will search for websites that mention that site along with instructions for removing it from your computer.
You should also run your virus program (if you don't have one, go here http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5 now!!) along with some spyware remove software (if you don't have one, go here http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ now!)

Also, just to comment on stevie_c2it's comment... the problem might require more than just changing the home page back to it's default.
The problem with these cunning programmers is that there may be a small program running in the background of your PC that will always revert the homepage back to their dodgy site each time you restart the PC. This is a "worst case" scenario, and hopefully the software I mentioned should fix it for you!
