export from IE using File > Export.

In Mozilla Go to File > import
Yea you can import all your internet explorer bookmarks by going into firefox then go to bookmarks > manage bookmarks.. and then go to file > import.. and there should be an option to import from internet explorer. Hope that helps.

You don't actually need to export first. Firefox imports directly.
