I know this is a normal programme but this is also a spyware programme I cant get rid of. When I open and IE page this then sets of this spyware device (aslo called iexplorer.exe) that puts an added Search Bar onto my toolbars it also annoyingly puts pop ups in the middle of viewing pages which arnt blocked by pop-up stoppers because its from a programme already on the PC. Can anybody help?

Sorry if that seems to be not very helpful, but it is.
yep, i agree with spacechimp! I recommend lavasoft Ad-aware SE personal (if you want a good, free program). I have a very troublesome computer (probably full of spyware/adware that i never knew existed!) and it has really improved it- making it faster and it freezes/crashes less often. It is also great at getting rid of those annoying programs that you just can't seem to shift (e.g. msn messenger block checker-nightmare(!) but Ad-aware got rid of it!

True.. It is pretty good but that normally useless Yahoo spyware still picked off a few cookies after i had scanned with the Ad-aware. The Norton Internet security 2005 does an excelent job on pop-up blocking.

I partially downloaded WinFix by accident once. The advice i was given was. 1. Dissable system restore. 2. restart the pc in 'safe mode'. 3. search your pc for the program or references to the program. 4. Delete. 5. Restart pc in normal mode and 6. Enable system restore. Pain in the butt. I know, but it worked.

The best product is Hijack This. As long as you have a good understanding of your computers file system and registry you can kill off anything like this...
