security settings

hi everyone. my trouble is i think ive got some sort of security setting does any one know what it is and how i can get it of cause ive tried all kinds and just cant sort it out .with the setting whatever it is i cant put any of my secure details into anything so i cant sign up to msn or yahoo or ebay etc etc i just get the error page when i try to do this.i think i can vaguely remember a window comeing up asking if i wanted my secure details protected which i clicked yes to if that helps . thanks
