urgent help needed

My recently published web site seems to be blocked by something called 'page one' an advertisement/application form instead of the index page. I have republished, contacted server who supposedly removed although they didn't know where it came from and republished again but it is still there I tried google for info but found nothing
How can I get rid of it the real pages are still there I can access individually Help....

The original index pages were published using PagePlus10. Last week I had a lot of trouble after adding WebPlus9 which was resolved with a desperate system restore eliminating WebPlus. This morning trying to resolve the mystery page one I discovered its source was Web plus. On the advice of Serif a simple contr+F5 got rid of it and I am told it is for good
