forget going for those that advertise wireless broadband. just go for any broadband provider, and you'll need a wireless adapter for your computer, and a wireless router too.

pretty decent ISP: Tiscali (though some do have problems, but this is true of every ISP). See if anyone in your local area has it with any problems.

as for router, you'll need an ADSL one, something like this. This one has a modem in it too, as ISPs over send you ones with a USB connection which is stupid.

fo3nix... so, if I get for instance BT wireless broadband, they give me a little box thingy that I plug in to my phoneline & away I go. But what you're sayin is, i don't need to tell them I'm going wireless? I can just get any broadband plan from any supplier, & instead of plugging the phoneline in to a modem & in to my computer, I just buy a little box thingy of my own & don't need to tell the supplier I'm using it wirelessly??
