No, you can't.

Do not buy from the iTunes Music Store, or any other of the major legal music stores. They all infect your music with DRM, which stops you from using your music properly, and is very, very bad.

it's Digital Rights Management (some call it Digital Restrictions Management):

The latter was given to Microsoft (one company of many that uses DRM in its products), but its a good explanation of why it's evil anyway.

The only way to remove the DRM is to burn your downloaded DRM'd music as an audio disc, and then rip the songs again, from the audio CD.
