They Just Can't Help It Can They?
News2 mins ago
Our Norton AntiVirus Subscription has expired and it says that we need to renew, but you can only do that on the internet and we don't have a credit card. We bought a new Norton AntiVirus a couple of days ago and i uninstalled the old one and installed the new one, but it STILL says it needs renewed! I tryed to possibly upgrade using the new product key from the new CD, but the help website is utterly useless. I really don't want to get any viruses because the renewal is required today! HELP!
Any help is greatlyyyyy appreciated!!!!!

You may have had a problem completely installing the old package, so some if it's still lurking and wanting you to subcribe again.
If I were you, I would try to uninstall everything to do with Norton from your system, and then have a look in your Program Files > Symantec or Program Files > Norton Antivirus (or similar) folder, and physically delete anything that's remaining after the uninstall. Then, restart your computer before trying to install the new package you bought.
Hopefully, if you do this, Windows/NAV will see this as a fresh installation and not bother you about subscriptions for 12 months.
If you still have trouble, AVG antivirus from http://free.grisoft.com/ is excellent, and, best of all, it's free. Just make sure you do get rid of NAV before you install it.
