Wrong Date on Computer

My computer is showing 31st March. Can anyone tell me how to correct this please?

If you click on the clock, on your pc, you should be able to change the display.

In the task bar along the bottom of the window RIGHT click on the time in the bottom right.

Select on Adjust Date/Time and you can change the date, time and time zone.

Make sure the time zone is shown as GMT if you live in the UK.
