Help!! Limewire to i-tunes!

Help, I'm really stuck. I have got a few songs into my limewire library, which is great. When I go into my i-tunes, somehow, there is a file saying my name's Limewire file, with all the songs. But I cannot work out how to get them into my i-tunes library!! Or even to burn a disk off limewire to then upload into i-tunes. Any help please!! It's driving me insane!!

Hi sair..., I use 360share p2p and when I want to have tunes from that site on my itunes library all I do is click on file (in itunes) in the top lelt corner then go down to 'Add file to Library', clicking on that opens up my 360share library file. I then just click once on the track I want and then click on 'open'. Its automatically copied to my itunes library. Please note that if you delete it from your limewire library it will no longer work in itunes! Hope this helps.
