epson cx3200 won't print

I've changes both ink cartridges and done all nozzle checks and ceaning options, but the printer won't print.The paper goes through an appears to print but nothing but vary faint blue comes out.

Any suggestions? If it is blocked in any way, could I fix it myself or is it a take to be repaired job?

You may have to invest in cleaning cartridges from Touchstone Resources:-
