very slow page text rollover loading

My website loads really slow. Even the rollovers. I dont know what the problem is, but it isnt because the images file sizes are too large. the problem only occurs in Internet Explorer. My site is here. HELP!! www.lady-le-gros.co.uk

I tried it on gf's pc using IE6 and it did the same. It sometimes corrects its self then breaks again! Im soo stuck. I cant even log onto the site now!
