Press the Windows key on your keyboard and then the letter E.
If you can't find the link to "Windows Explorer" in your Start Menu (under Programs or All Programs) then click Start, choose Run and type
explorer
and press Enter or click OK.
You can also right-click the My Computer icon on the desktop and choose Explore.
Start/Programs/Accessories/Windows Explorer.
But you can equally just double-click "My Computer" on your desktop.
Windows explorer (don't get mixed up with internet explorer) is located at C:\windows\explorer.exe. Probably the easiest way for an amature to find it is to "press 'Start', click on 'search', click on 'all files and folders', type explorer.exe in the top panel and click on 'search', highlight windows explorer, (the one against C:\windows) right click on it then on the drop down menu click on the option 'send to' and select "desktop create shortcut' . You should now have a shortcut to windows explorer on your desktop.
easiest way is how Rojash described.Once you get to Windows Explorer, right click and send a shortcut to your desktop.
