cant burn cd's anymore?

everytime i try to burn a cd.a screen pops up and tells me to insert a blank cd,but there all blank that ive tried.could burn cd's a few weeks ago,but not anymore.what is wrong.thanks for any answers.

had the same trouble a few months ago and discovered that the cd's i used were no good for whatever reason. tried different ones and it was fine. just a thought.

As jaberwocky says it could be a problem with the media you are using, if you are using CD-RW then you may need to format them first.

If not then your burner may be knacked.
