Nope, afraid not. Best you can do is only pass your email address onto friends and family, and not put it anywhere else (like on forums or other websites). Even then though, you may still get spam, because spammers target random email addresses too.
You can reduce is hugely (or at least get them all into a junk folder, with almost no false positives), by using a bayesian spam filter. This would have to be setup by whoever deals with your email, and unfortunately not many have got this set up right now.
