I get lots every day, I just delete them without opening them. Or should I open them and Unsubscribe from each one before I delete?

No, don't open them - that just tells the spammer you have an active email address, and you might not be able to unsubscribe.

Just block them.

If they are sent from an unusual domain I block the domain on the filter settings.
