i just read in a mag that angelina has bought the rights to the domain name above - what does this actually mean - is it that no one would ever be able to make a site called this? thanks muchly

It means that no one can set up a web site with that name, she now owns it.

The fact that she owns it does not mean she will ever set up a web site with that name, it just stops someone else doing that.

Of course anyone can set up one with that name that ends .ORG or .UK or one of many other domain extensions.

right now, only .fr and .be available.

you can confirm it's owned by angelina by checking the whois information for the .info domain.
