Reinstall Netmeeting

Hi, I'm having a problem with my XP PC and Microsoft Netmeeting. The problem is that I can't get the program to load up at all anymore. I go to Start>Run>type in 'conf' and then nothing happens. The same thing happens when I go to Program Files>Netmeeting which leads to me to think that something has become corrupt. How do I go about reinstalling Netmeeting on XP? I don't have any installation CDs. Any suggestions?
