How do I feed the fish?

mission or just an easter egg coz if ya go to the construction site that you blow up and look in the water theres a guy with cement shoes

Hi,

I've done all the main story missions so was trying to get the game completed to 100%. In the stats it says 'number of fish fed 0'. I can't find any fish let alone know how to feed them if I did. Any ideas?

Ah! Feeding the fish is easy, I did it by accident. Carjack a vehicle with a passenger in it and drive them around for a bit, laughing at their screams (I'm so evil!!) then drive towards a quayside or similar and bail out before you get there. The car carries on with the passenger in it into the water and et voila, fish fed!
