The easy way is in IE go Tools > Internet Options... > Delete Cookies... If you have more than one profile you will have to repeat this by logging on as each profile. If you can't be bothered then go C:\documents and settings\<username>\local settings (this is often hidden)\Temporary Internet Files and delete all the cookies here. This way you can select which cookie to delete rather than all of them (like my first option).
