Grr I'm sick of seeing these, offering cheap car insurance to people who have 4+ years no claims. Fair enough, but the whole punchline is "We like careful drivers" and "We don't expect you to pay for other people's bad driving". Erm, what if someone who'd driven perfectly for 10 years had a drunk driver plough into them and write off the car, forcing an insurance claim? Does that make them a bad driver? Not careful enough?

Don't like the adverts either but have to say they've been briliant with me over a recent car claim - so quick and efficient - brilliant. They've also handled a house insurance claim of my husbands really well too.
