i have recently signed to ebay and was wondering if anyone knew how much ebay charged for selling items? and when they took the charge after selling or before?

When you list the item you are charged a listing fee. If you use extra features in the listing you are charged more.

When the item sells you are then charged Final Value Fees, a per centage of the selling price.

If you accept payment by Paypal you are usually (not always) charged for that too.

download 'turbo lister" from ebay (it's free). You can create your advert then ask it to calculate fees (you can amend it very easily).
