Why is it that some mails sent to me in Rich Text format arrive as plain text, and some don't? HTML format doesn't seem affected. What needs to be adjusted for this to stop?

is it the case that even if you're set to rich text and you reply to a plain text mail you have received the reply will be in plain text also? I have noticed this happening to mine but whether it's answers your question or not I can't say!
