Problems with my husbands PC continue ie losing connection and DNS error. Last week after resetting DNS on router all was well. Last night the connection kept coming and going and could not connect to server. I tried resetting again to no avail. During this time there were no problems with my PC or notebook just his PC. Today after several attempts I was able to connect for a while
I have tried googling and came up with Registry fix as able to resolve. Of course after running scan it finds over 200 'errors' of which only 20 can be 'fixed' without purchasing.
1. is it likely to remedy the problem?
2. is it any good or is something else better
3. if it is just that PC that is affected is it a different problem I need to diagnose?
many thanks for any help
