I've been going round in circles!
In the drop down file menu under the title "work off line" there are some downloaded media titles I want to delete but they wont play OR delete; dialogue box says it can't find what created them or somthing, doesnt recognise or what ever, but there must be a way to delete them. Done lots of reading up to no avail. Can anyone just put it in plain English for me? The firm I work for went bust today but your help would cheer me up ! thanx in advance

It's a beute on the face of it, but when I do click tools then options the box pressents me with eight tabs, those being- media lirary/ visualizations/ file types/ network/ player/ copy music/ devices/ and performance/. (e.g. no privacy) I've clicked each one in turn and had a good look at their contents but haven't seen the word privacy anywhere! However, I tryed a register cleaner and it seems it's fixed the problem for me.
Thanx again. But I wonder where I went wrong in understanding your answer? Seems so straight forward realy; bit of a mystery. I wonder if you can make a bit more sense of it than me and let me know? Cheers . . . . .
