New Mobile Phone

I have a Motorola flip top camera phone but I find the letters so small I can hardly see anything, and when I text the underlight keeps going on and off - so annoying. I am not very techinal so would like to buy a new phone which is easy to use, and one where I can see the letters on the keys and on the screen when I am texting. Any ideas ?? Pay as you go please.
