selling on ebay

i sold several cds on ebay through paypal and now only some of the payments are accepted. the others seem to want me to upgrade to a buisiness or premier account. why?

You are using a free paypal account, which means you can only payments from other paypal accounts that are in credit.

If the paypal user tries to fund the purchase with a debit or credit card, you need a premier account to accept them.

Paypal charge you a fee for accepting these payments.
