Microsoft word locked

i cannot get microsfot word to work, everytime i try to use it come up an activation box and then it says do you want to activate throught the internet or a phone, which none of them are connected to my compuer... Please help me.

Do you have the serial number, if so you will need internet access or phone up microsoft to activate it, your trial time has expired.

If you select "By Phone", it will tell you a number to dial where you can activate it - it doesn't mean you need a phone connected to your computer!
