when i turn on my laptop i have to wait for a "msn" folder to come up or nothing will open? how can i fix this problem cause its annoying.

So you want to stop MSN from starting when your PC boots up??

use a program called starter:

(need winrar to extract the file: http://rarlabs.com/rar/wrar361.exe)

Just stop it from starting up at system boot.
