change e-mail address

I am with Wanadoo now Orange and would like to change my e-mail address because of problems we are having with e-mails being returned to us for mail delivery failure. Is this possible? their website says it can only be done by re-registering but I am not sure what this would entail.

Hi, that's interesting. I too am with Freeserve/Wanadoo/Orange and for some months have been getting spam from what appears to be a company based in the US promoting penny shares. It's been impossible to block because the messages never come from the same person twice. I have now started getting rejection notices from mail systems all over europe because emails, supposedly from me, are being rejected. My experiences with Freeserve etc have not been good & I suspect that I shall have to change to a different ISP.
