Sending application form online

I am filling a job application form online.

In the `References` section it says to tick the box if you do not want them to contact the referee prior to the interview.

How do I insert a tick?

I usually insert an X.

You could try and see if you can copy a tick from the Insert - symbol option in word and then paste it into your document. (I also have used the √ symbol for this.

I'm sure it was. If Kiera hasn't done a application online before she doesn't want to fall at the first hurdle because she didn't TICK the right box.

This is the first time I have filled an application form online and did not want to make any mistakes.

Its so much easier than writing.
