Anyone got Talk Talk as there internet provider? Is it any good, what speed are you getting and is the support any good?

If you put talktalk into search the site box at the end of the topics column you will get a lot of information. It cost my neighbour �18 in phone calls to get hers working properly.

you might try www.moneysavingexpert.com, scroll to chat, scroll to internet and find the threads regarding talktalk. At first there were plenty of uncomplimentary posts, then after high profile publicity on Watchdog, things have started to change, and thounsands of users are now saying that they have no problems and it would appear it's on the increase.

To pay �9.99 per month and be able to phone any landline whatever time of day or night plus be able to call any of 28 countries and not pay extra for broadband surely is a bonus. Mind you, they do ask you to change from BT to TT for your line rental, so instead of paying BT �11 per month (quarterly) you pay TT (monthly), so there is no difference.

Talktalk is is good. Had no problems with going down etc. High download speeds. Support is awful - South African call centre - takes forever to get through whereupon you get advice from someone who knows less than you.
