Whilst playing with the remote control I activated a secret menu, I changed the mode to 'HOTEL ON' and now my sound is stuck very low. Does anyone know how I activated the menu cos I can't find it at all now. The TV is a Matsui 21V1N

This may or may not help..... some TV's have a 'reset to factory settings' feature - with mine you press and hold one of the buttons on the front of the TV while powering it up (mains switch, not remote). Don't be overzealous turning then mains on and off - wait a couple of minutes each time you try!
