Fuzzy display

Is there a way of increasing clarity on my display.Im thinking mostly of text as it all seems very hazy and fuzzy - as if there is a veil over the screen. Its not my eyes BTW :-)

Try the "Degauss" feature on your monitor?

If your running XP try these following steps: Start > Control Panel > Display > Click the "Appearance" tab > Click on the "Effects" button > Click the tick box next to "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts" > Then select "ClearType" from the drop-down menu > Click "OK" > Click "Apply" I hope that helps!

Thanks Lisaj - having looked all over for the degauss button i realised that I didnt have one - so no go there- ho hum. Wizard - why didnt I think of that myself ? Good one.
