When I click on a file to download,and click run my prog (lphant ) opens but the file will not download and I get a message:- Invalid link C:\DOCUME~1\Owner|LOCALS~1\TEMPOR~1\Content.IE5\19X4HVPG\_ISO then can't read the rest. I am running IE 7.0. Any thoughts. lphant works O.K. from its internal searches.

have you tried right clicking and 'save target as' ?

i had this problem once and i cleaned out my temp.internet folders and retried and it worked after that. .. Its worth a try anyway.
