Pop-up blocker problem ?

Whenever pop-up blocker stops entry to a link you can cirumvent it by holding down the alt key when clicking the link at least until now !

I recently upgraded to IE7 but im not sure that the problem happened immediately so may be un-related but now when i hold alt key and click there is no change.

Any suggestions pls ?

Have you tried pressing the Ctrl key instead of Alt? I use IE7 and when I click on a link I use Ctrl to get around the Pop-up blocker.
