Missing �50

Hiya,
Wasn't sure where to add this.
I upgraded my phone at my local orange shop back in september and gave them my old phone as they said I would received �50 credit on my bill for it. I just wondered if anyone else has done this as I have had two bills since and it hasn't been added? They said I might wait one bill but not two? I rang orange and they said it was nothing to do with them and it down to the shop (although surely they should see it on their system) and the shop were about as useful as a teaspon made of chocolate. Just wondered if anyone else has had a delay in receiving their money. Find it ironic that are quick enough to take my money for the bills!!

you may find, that orange dont know anything about it and that it IS the shop,

or in worst case, you were scammed by the shop assistant

is the "�50 for your old handset" advertised in the shop?

and sometimes there are cashback offers that come after 6 months and or bit by bit or even at the end of the contract.
