Is there a way I can stop e mails without opening them the ones i get just have names ive never heard of, and people tell me you shouldnt open them

Nothing can happen if you open e-mails. It's the attachments you have to worry about. But if you don't know the name of the sender and you think it's junk mail then just delete it.
