Can anybody please solve a mystery? I topped my mobile phone up on Wednesday 29th November. On Sunday, �6.00 had gone from my credit. �10 usually lasts me about 4 weeks. I rang 02 and it turned out that the call was made from my husbands mobile to his boss and he was on about 4 mins. WHY, if the call was sent from hubby's mobile, was the money taken from my phone. 02 said that my hubby's boss's number was the number that was rung and that it was for 18 mins, but why was the �6 taken from my account. 02 have no idea. WEIRD.

If they are difficult, tell them that they have commited an act of theft by taking money from your phone for this call and say you will pursue legal action. But this is a last resort, be nice first.
