TV problem

I have a digi-box for freeview which works well with one exception. Can't get Channel 5 US. Picture is fine but it would help to have sound as well.
Has anyone else had same blip ? Would appreciate some advice.

I've occasionally had similar problems with various Freeview channels. In every case, re-tuning the box has solved the problem. (If you're offered an option as to whether you want to 'add' or 'replace' stations, choose the 'replace' option).
