adding RAM

Have just purchased extra RAM. Have never personally fitted anything inside box but local chappie who usually helps out is playing hard to get. Is it difficult if I try to do myself, if not can I get simple instructions anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

I am not techie at all and was very nervous when I decided to do install more memory. It was so easy! No problems at all, over and done with in 10 minutes - and I had never opened my pc before.
