whats peoples opinion, when will finely be given to the carriers, who will get it first? why has it taken so long from its first flight and its still not even comertially flying?

I work at Airbus and the current demise is improving. The problem has been that the cuctomer has been given too many options i.e. TV Screens in every seat, lap top connections, phones etc. This has caused unforseen problems with the Electrical Harnesses involving literally 100`s of miles of cable.
The first customer by the way is Singapore Airlines and they should get delivery this year..... watch out Boeing !!
