My sound has gone off....terestrial sound works so it the Dish or box thats affected.

Any ideas whats wrong. Has happened before and I was told to clean the card.

Have done that and no luck

Turn it all off at the wall and unplug it for five mins ( have a cup of tea ) and see if restarting it unfreezes problem. Sometimes works for me.

Also make sure the scart plugs are fully pushed in.
