stopwatch on windows?

I have two children who are always arguing over the PC and who has had longer on it. I have resorted to using a kitchen timer and logging their use to prove that neither of them are being outdone!!! (And also to limit the amount of time spent).

Does anyone know if there is a facility on Windows XP to start a stopwatch? I'm sure I have seen this but cannot remember where. Or does anyone have any other ways round this problem?
